The Important Women in Our Lives

Today, at Mountain Peak Montessori School, we experienced a very special day: discovering and appreciating the most important women in our lives on the occasion of 8 March, International Women’s Day.

This activity helped us to reinforce values such as empathy, gratitude, and respect for others. For our youngest learners, it was also an opportunity to learn about equality and the importance of valuing all people equally, regardless of gender.

We want our pupils to understand that every woman plays an important role in our lives and in society. Thank you to everyone for sharing this moment with us and for helping us to celebrate diversity and the importance of equality every day.
